Senior Recruitment Consultant at Innovations Group UAE

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead local and international talent acquisition initiatives across the healthcare sector. This role involves end-to-end recruitment with a focus on headhunting, international placements, compliance with healthcare licensing authorities, and working closely with senior stakeholders and project leads. The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully placed clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals across regions including UAE, MENA, and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, paramedics, and allied health roles across local and international markets.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
  3. Headhunt top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and healthcare talent networks.
  4. Conduct talent market research and competitor mapping to identify strategic talent pools.
  5. Handle compliance and licensing coordination for DOH/HAAD, DHA, MOH, DCAS, and international regulatory bodies.
  6. Facilitate recruitment for healthcare tenders and international medical projects, including offshore and onshore mobilizations.
  7. Manage CV screening, pre-screening calls, interviews, salary negotiations, and job offer preparation.
  8. Oversee candidate onboarding, background checks, and documentation for credentialing and visa processes.
  9. Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and applicant tracking systems.
  10. Represent the company in career fairs, healthcare expos, and industry networking events.
  11. Mentor and support junior recruitment team members as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  2. 7+ years of healthcare recruitment experience with a strong focus on international placements and headhunting.
  3. Proven knowledge of UAE and international licensing processes (DOH/HAAD, DHA, MOH, DCAS).
  4. Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  6. Experience with project-based recruitment and large-scale healthcare manpower mobilizations.
  7. Ability to travel if needed for job fairs, partner agency coordination, or project kickoffs.
  8. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
