ISS International SpA Abu Dhabi Branch is looking for an Oil&Gas Recruiter Junior to be based at our offices in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

• Post job ads on professional sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist teams in screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, ATS, MS Word, and MS Excel; fluent in English.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in the recruitment area.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

Additional Details

Job Location: ABU DHABI

Duration: 12 months liable to extension on permanent basis

Working Schedule: 48 hours/week from Monday to Saturday

Rotation: UAE Resident

Contract: Local Employment
