Job description

We're looking for a Creative Recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire the talented individuals who shape the work we do at Nimblebot. From designers and strategists to project managers, content creators, and freelancers you'll play a key role in building our agile, multidisciplinary team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the nuances of hiring in the creative world: portfolios over resumes, vibes over buzzwords, and potential over pedigree. You'll help us scale with intention, ensuring every hire is a cultural and professional fit.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Recruitment
  1. Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  2. Hire for a range of roles including design, content, strategy, tech, production, and operations.
  3. Maintain and grow a diverse pipeline of freelance and full-time candidates across regions.
Creative Talent Sourcing
  1. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and community referrals.
  2. Build relationships with top creative talent even when there's not a live role.
  3. Understand and assess portfolios, creative style, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Coordination & Admin
  1. Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking systems.
  2. Maintain up-to-date records and talent databases for future project-based hiring.
  3. Support contracts, onboarding documents, and resource assignments with operations.
Partner with Leadership
  1. Work closely with department heads and project leads to define role requirements and ideal profiles.
  2. Be a strategic thought partner advising on hiring timelines, salary ranges, and sourcing strategy.
  3. Represent Nimblebot with energy and clarity in every candidate interaction.

What You Bring

  1. 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within creative, tech, or marketing industries.
  2. Familiarity with the full spectrum of agency roles (creative, digital, strategy, ops).
  3. Strong instinct for people able to read between the lines and see talent beyond the CV.
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team with shifting priorities.
  5. Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  6. Bonus: Experience with freelance networks, contract hiring, or international recruiting.
