We are a national training provider which was established in 2006. We deliver further education and provide employment opportunities across a wide range of sectors through our Apprenticeship, Traineeship and other funded provisions.
Job Purpose:
To generate new business opportunities and manage existing client companies to achieve business development targets as part of our Digital & IT Apprenticeship division. Working to maintain excellent links with existing client companies and taking the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing customer/client engagement, and overseeing exceptional stakeholder management with our Apprenticeship Employer partners.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Strong sales background, strong communication skills, strong customer focus, computer literate / keyboard skills, high degree of accuracy, ideally previous experience of working within a sales/telesales environment, ability to cross-sell and upsell, demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads.
Intellectual Demands:
5 GCSEs Grade A-C minimum including English & Maths, must be able to learn new training and development topics, scheme rules and legislation, ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working, be willing to attend training courses for Continual Professional Development (CPD).
Skills with People:
Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external), excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
Disposition / Personality:
Determined, enthusiastic, a great problem solver, team worker, reliable, sociable.
