Job Description

A company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Business Analyst.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvements and strategic initiatives.

They will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects.

They will identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.

Additionally, the analyst will assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed projects or initiatives, including conducting cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.

In collaboration with testing teams, the Business Analyst will ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science.
2. Advanced Programme in Business Analysis.
3. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
4. Minimum 3 years' project management experience.
5. Digital transformation experience (paper-based to digital-based).
6. Knowledge of methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
7. Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL / MySQL.
8. Knowledge of Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI.
9. Knowledge of Process Modeling Tools: Lucidchart, Visio, Bizagi.
