A leading healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in the UK healthcare sector from South Africa. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales experience, strong knowledge of the UK healthcare staffing market, and exceptional negotiation skills. The role involves building long-term relationships with NHS and private sector clients, conducting market research, and reporting on business development KPIs. This position requires working UK hours (8 am to 5 pm) remotely from South Africa.

Remote | UK Hours (8am -5pm) | R25 000 to R30 000 (based on experience)

Working under key NHS frameworks and private sector supplier lists, they support a wide range of healthcare settings, from hospitals to complex care. This role exists to drive new business across the UK healthcare sector. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new public and private sector clients. From NHS Trusts to private care homes, you'll target decision-makers and build long-term relationships that align with internal operational capabilities and workforce availability.
