We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in venture capital to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, financial modeling, and market research, with the ability to analyze investment opportunities, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitive analysis.
2. Analyze financial statements, business models, and market data to provide insights on potential investments.
3. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior management and stakeholders.
4. Work closely with the investment team to evaluate and track the performance of portfolio companies.
5. Develop financial models to assess business valuation, ROI, and risk analysis.
6. Assist in due diligence processes by gathering and reviewing relevant information and documents.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline investment processes and improve data accuracy.
8. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support business growth and investment strategies.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, venture capital landscapes, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
2. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
3. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and business valuation techniques.
4. Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and preparing investment proposals.
5. Prior experience working with venture capital firms or startups.
6. Knowledge of emerging technologies and startup ecosystems.
7. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Financial Analysis (CFA) is a plus.
