• General Partner for EMEA, currently based in the Middle East
• General Partner for Asia, currently based in Asia

Please read qualifications required below very carefully as Candidates will be asked to share reasonable evidence for each of below.

Please note that generic work experience that does not meet all qualifications outlined will not be considered.

• Geographical Coverage for Maroon operations in the EMEA or Asia
• Fundraising/capital raising on a direct Fund or co-investor basis from institutional LPs
• Investment acquisition, execution, and value creation in early-stage venture capital or growth capital
• Portfolio management including board seats on portfolio companies
• Venture and investor eco-system building
• Brand-building and thought leadership in the areas of focus for Maroon Invest Global

Demonstrated Investment Expertise in Preventative Health, Precision Medicine, Integrated Medicine, Genetics or Regenerative Medicine. This excludes pure Lifestyle only, wellness, supplements. Extremely helpful is investments executed in one of following areas:

• Neurological and Brain Health
• Children’s Health
• Women’s Health & Longevity (excl. sexual/reproductive)
• Climate Impact on Health (incl. respiratory health, cardiovascular, built environment, blue economy)
• Deep Tech and Artificial Intelligence / AI

Investment Track Record of min. 5.0x Net MOIC in venture / growth capital as evidenced in Investment Deal Sheet (min. 5 years) as a private investor, venture capital, or institutional investor

Fundraising Track Record (from LPs and not VC Funds) resulting in the close of $5-10mm+ from family office and institutional LPs

Commercialisation Exits in early stage / growth stage venture capital including strategic and/or public market exits

GP Contribution Ability: to fund the pro-rata share of your GP contribution, or be backed by your LP sponsor

Location: London, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Tokyo only; and you have been established for at least 18 months in one of these countries, including with an investment track record.

This is definitely not for people simply seeking to relocate to a specific country/region.

• Title: General Partner – Venture Capital
• Start Date: ASAP subject to any customary transition period
• Growth Stage: Pre-Seed to Series B+
• Time Allocation: Full-time or initial part-time (at least 50%) during a transition period to Full-Time
• Carry: Competitive based on your GP value-add to Fund performance
• Salary: Market based on prior track record
