Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new avenues for growth
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall sales and business development strategy

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry (if any)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and translate client requirements into tailored solutions
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools to drive efficiency and productivity
• Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
