Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate between internal business units to proactively provide accessories solutions to drive vehicle sales through Model Life Management.
  • Navigate and identify key members to establish and build relationships with the assigned accounts. There will be full sales ownership (Pre Sales, Sales, After Sales) and responsibility to achieve the assigned revenue targets.
  • Lead generation through maintaining regular contact with customers.
  • Prepare sales plans (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) and implement the sales program and schedule to meet customer vehicle sales launches.
  • Prepare sales presentations to pitch new products/solutions by studying market/vehicle trends in each country.
  • Create weekly/monthly forecasts on account revenue vs. target management and end-of-month sales reports.
  • Submit quotations based on customer requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints by problem-solving and developing solutions and countermeasure recommendations.
  • Be part of the team to organize sales and marketing workshops to promote new products throughout the vehicle model's lifetime.
  • Contribute to team performance and effort by accomplishing tasks as needed or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Business discipline with at least 1-2 years of working experience; no experience is welcome to apply.
  • Self-starter, motivated, good social skills, problem-solver, multi-tasker, and adaptive in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for cars & accessories; this is a sales-driven role providing one-stop solutions to customers.
  • Result-oriented, with skills in Business Negotiation, Problem Solving, Sales & Marketing.
  • Able to think independently, providing creative solutions and responding flexibly to different business situations.
  • Customer-oriented, meticulous, team player, and cheerful personality.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Can Do, Win, Self attitude; looking for an ambitious person seeking progression with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel overseas.
  • 5 days, Central, MNC.
