Sales & Marketing Executive (Construction) -Entry/ Joo Koon

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers.
• Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries.
• Source new projects and markets to achieve sales targets set by our Company.
• Coordinate with internal and customers in scope of work and project executions, responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers.
• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers.
• Maintain Company website, marketing materials and organize marketing initiatives.
• Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports.
• Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in marketing.
• Entry level are welcome to apply.
• Possess class 3 license.
• Understanding architectural and structural drawings, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
