We are helping one of the Swiss private banks to hire.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform daily tasks relating to client onboarding and client static data maintenance, tax compliance and related activities – documentation review, new account set up and static data update in systems
• Ensure timely escalation of issues
• Partner with other business units, where applicable, to provide high-quality service delivery and timely opening of accounts and account maintenance
• Provide consistent standards and approaches for onboarding client documentation and related activities
• Support improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance the CDT service level
• Escalate issues to Team Manager / Head of CDT and other respective parties where appropriate
• Comply with external and internal compliance and regulatory requirements, including the Bank’s policies, operating procedures and controls to meet the Bank’s and regulatory requirements and protect the business from financial, operational, and reputational risk
• Ensure adherence to document policies, operating procedures and relevant controls to meet Bank, local and regulatory requirements, including testing where the need arises.

Business Continuity and Incident Management:

• Participate where needed in appropriate business continuity plans including testing of all critical systems and processes.
• Ensure timely escalation to Head of CDT/COO for potential incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in account opening and account maintenance, preferably in Private Banking
• Well versed in AML and KYC regulatory requirements and practices in the banking industry for APAC region
• Good knowledge of FATCA, QI and CRS reporting regimes
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC skills is preferred

Budget: Up to $9k (will be depending on one’s experience)
