Job Overview

As an Events Executive, you'll plan and execute engaging events that bring our brand to life. Working with a dynamic team, you'll manage everything from corporate functions and conferences to product launches, promotional activities, and overseas incentive trips. This role combines creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail to deliver memorable experiences that meet business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead/support the conceptualization, planning, and execution of company events, including sales activities, conferences, seminars, and promotional campaigns and overseas incentive trips.
  2. Take the lead in events:
  • Manage local and overseas events budget and source for vendors with adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, event materials, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for events-related inquiries from vendors and employees.
  • Coordinate stakeholders’ arrangements, including travel and accommodation for local events.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance event management efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Facilitate overseas incentive trips.
  • Manage events communication, registration, and reporting.
  • Conduct event debriefs, gathering feedback and final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled. Generate detailed post-event reports, evaluating outcomes, attendance, and feedback.
  • Planning includes preparation of agenda, PowerPoint presentation, and video editing.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications Required:

    • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Hospitality/Events Management or related discipline.
    • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the events industry will be advantageous.
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and ability to multi-task with strong planning skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint skills and video editing.
    • Able to work on weekends when events require.
    • Able to travel internationally as and when required.
    • Able to start work at short notice.

    • Events management: 2 years (Required).
