Ensure programs are aligned with the school's academic policies and best practices.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with the university’s strategic goals.
Enhance processes in course administration, faculty coordination, and academic submissions.
Ensure undergraduate programs remain academically rigorous and well-structured.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 15 years of experience in academic administration from an Institute of Higher Learning (ie. polytechnic / university)
Strong background in faculty coordination, curriculum development, and academic policy implementation
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth academic operations and effective collaboration
Self-starter (proactive), meticulous with a strong sense of confidentiality
