Manage and monitor project cash flow (Cash In / Cash Out)
Manage and negotiate Subcontracts
Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance and meeting project timelines
Draft contractual correspondence
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers including managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, and finalization of accounts
Timely finalization of accounts with Clients and Subcontractors
Identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Plan, prioritize, and organize work to achieve goals and deadlines
File Insurance Claim / EOT Claims
Provide leadership, advice, and support to staff within the Team
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
10 years and above experience
Cost economics knowledge is essential
Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration, and variation orders
A good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
