The role is about developing the Company’s product by continuous research activities, with deep exposure to scientific data and best global practices in technology. It's a hands-on role, primarily laboratory-based, requiring a good combination of strategic vision and attention to detail.

Your primary job duties will be:

1. Research and develop (nano-engineered) ultra high performance concrete products (UHPC) for various applications.
2. Manage the product/system assigned (from mix design to R&D to commercialization).
3. Evaluate and optimize construction materials e.g. cement, sand, supplementary contentious materials into various UHPC formulations.
4. Establish and handle various laboratory tests related to concrete properties measurements (mechanical and durability testing etc.).
5. Support business development activities (technical and application sides).
6. Be responsible for assigned lab equipment and tools, participate in continuous laboratory improvement activities.
7. Reporting, project planning, troubleshooting.
8. Perform UHPC mixing and/or casting activities on-site from time to time.
9. Understand and implement testing standards and participate in new in-house SOP preparation work.

1. A Degree in Material Science or Chemical studies / fresh graduates with a keen interest in concrete R&D.
2. Responsible, attentive to details, hardworking, team player, positive attitude.
3. Creative and curious mindset.
4. Fluent/business English.
