Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of Building Management System (BMS) projects, including HVAC, Power Management, Water Management, Lift/Elevator, and Integrated Workspace Management tools.
• Analyze, inspect, and address implementation issues to meet customer needs.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and system assessments to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Assist to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Provide feedback to development teams on product implementation and support issues to enhance product performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation and post-commissioning phases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including drawings, manuals, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Automation or relevant disciplines.
• At least 7 years Operational Technology experience such as system design, HVAC design, commissioning or installation. Knowledge of Control Systems, Chilled Water system or Chiller Plant optimization is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial building equipment operations, with a strong preference for Facility Management knowledge.
• Must have broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office applications, including computer setup, network setup and basic knowledge in network security.
• Able to analyze operational data from building services and chilled-water plants.
• Strong technical implementation and management skills, capable of integrating business and technical insights into project assignments.
• Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
