Job summary
A leading logistics firm in Singapore seeks a Senior Facilities Executive to oversee building operations and ensure compliance and safety. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Facilities Management and at least 3 years of related technical experience. Education
Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
- Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant facility.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to temperature/humidity (RH), power generators, chillers, air-conditioning systems, and other building equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance schedules and service delivery.
- Ensure all contracts and service level agreements are properly managed and met.
- Diploma in Facilities Management or any related field
- Minimum 3 years related technical experience, including troubleshooting in RH Temperature, Solar Panel, Power Generator, Air-Cond etc.
- Comfortable with height and physically fit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
