Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Audit Partner to join our leadership team. This strategic role involves managing assurance engagements, leading teams, driving business development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage assurance and audit engagements across diverse sectors.
Oversee quality control and compliance with professional standards and ACRA regulations.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the assurance team.
Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with other partners to promote firm growth and innovation.
Represent the firm in professional and industry forums.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Practising Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority).
Must hold the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and be a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting or audit practice.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
