A global pioneer in advanced robotics and AI technologies is seeking a passionate and strategic Robotics Solutions Sales Manager. This company focuses on transforming industries such as healthcare, security, delivery, and mobility to improve safety, efficiency, and daily life through innovative automation solutions.

Position: Robotics Solutions Sales Manager
Location: Singapore

This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building industry-specific relationships, and delivering consultative solutions based on customer needs. This role involves international business development, client engagement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute strategic sales plans and establish international sales networks.
  2. Generate and qualify sales leads, conduct high-level sales pitches, and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Manage all tender processes and project quotations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  5. Identify and develop new distribution channels and markets.
  6. Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and selling opportunities.
  7. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  3. Strong technical understanding is an advantage.
  4. Proven sales track record and hunter mindset.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  6. International and B2B sales experience is a plus.
  7. Willingness to travel overseas to develop channel distribution networks.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Strong team player with solid time management and organizational skills.
