Mission of the Position

The mission for this role is primarily to manage all integrated marketing campaigns (offline + online) within Aureus to achieve effective island wide coverage that results in increased brand, product interest and lead generation.

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director on key objectives and strategy, the Marketing Campaign Manager will be working closely with the marketing division - overseeing end to end storytelling, managing timelines, assets, campaign objectives, and physical events to ensure execution excellence.

The role requires a highly self-motivated individual who can operate in a fast-paced environment, has strong thought leadership, is a problem solver, and believes in always chasing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build awareness of Aureus Music Academy’s brand and product benefits.
  2. Manage end-to-end (offline & online) campaigns within the company to drive rapid growth through strong customer generation.
  3. Manage and organise high-profile world-class events.
  4. Build high impact campaigns that resonate with customers inclusive of driving the creative process and end to end storytelling.
  5. Manage timelines and execution of campaigns including website content and development, asset generation, roadshows, social media, digital, on ground marketing, and 3rd party initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure high quality output from their respective areas of expertise within campaigns.
  7. Work with other divisions within the company to gain intelligence and insights into requirements for marketing campaigns.
  8. Manage marketing budgets to ensure high ROI and efficiency in spends.

Hiring Criteria:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with a minimum of 5 years of experience in both offline and online marketing.
  2. The applicant should demonstrate a proven ability to be creative and think out of the box.
  3. The applicant should have experience managing medium to large scale campaigns.
  4. A strong collaborator who can understand and guide individual marketing specialisations.
  5. The applicant should possess a track record of being involved or leading successful marketing campaigns from a tactical to storytelling perspective.
  6. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
  9. Experience in the education sector is not required. Individuals from highly creative or story-driven industries are welcome.
