Responsibilities
Source, short-list and select suitable candidates via different channels such as social media, advertising and referrals.
Conduct interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
Profile the suitable candidates to clients for consideration.
Coordinate interview arrangements and salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through tele-calls, follow-ups, and client visits.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeated business needs from current clients.
Ensure proper documents are recorded and kept accordingly in the system.
Establish strong rapport with clients and candidates.
