Job Title: Purchase Coordinator (Waste Lubricant Collection & Recovery)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Purchase Coordinator to source and secure waste lubricants from workshops and other producers. The primary responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with potential waste lubricant suppliers, negotiate collection agreements, and ensure a steady supply of raw materials for recovery and recycling. The role is incentive-based, rewarding performance based on the volume of waste lubricant collected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish connections with workshops, automotive service centers, and industrial producers of waste lubricant.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of waste lube.
• Educate suppliers on waste lube collection processes and benefits of proper disposal.
• Negotiate collection terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.

• Schedule and coordinate waste lubricant pickups with the logistics team.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with waste collection regulations.
• Track and report the volume of waste lubricants collected and delivered.
• Work closely with operations and processing teams to ensure efficient handling of collected materials.

• Achieve and exceed collection targets to maximize incentives.
• Develop strategies to expand the supplier base and increase waste lubricant volume.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in procurement, sales, or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for incentives-based performance.
• Basic understanding of waste lubricant recovery and recycling is an advantage.
• Ability to travel locally to meet suppliers and coordinate collections.

Compensation:

• Incentive-based remuneration depending on the volume of waste lubricant collected.
• Base salary (if applicable) + commission structure.
