Senior Fund Administrator: Investor Relations Lead
Job summary
A leading fund administration company is seeking an experienced professional for the Investor Relations team in Singapore. The role requires excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience in Fund Administration. Responsibilities include managing shareholder communications, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. An attractive salary package will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience, with applications invited via email.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Fund Administration or similar.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review important documents for assigned funds.
- Ensure compliance with fund’s Offering Memorandum.
- Maintain shareholder registers and process transactions.
- Communicate details on subscriptions and redemptions.
