Job Description : Remote Graphic Designer

Overview :

We are seeking a talented and creative Remote Graphic Designer to join our team. The designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-quality designs for a variety of platforms, with a special focus on developing visual identities, creating engaging social media content, designing website banners, and crafting professional logos. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for design, an excellent artistic eye, and the ability to translate ideas into effective visual designs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visual Identity Design : Develop comprehensive visual identities for clients, including logo design, color palette and typography selection, and creation of consistent visual styles that reflect brand identity.
• Social Media Content Design : Create engaging and innovative designs for various social media platforms (such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), including images, graphics, infographics, and short videos.
• Website Banner Design : Design professional and eye-catching advertising banners for websites, in various sizes and formats, considering user experience (UX) and usability standards.
• Logo Design : Design unique and distinctive logos for companies and organizations, effectively reflecting their identity and values.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design needs and project requirements.
• Keeping Up with Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software.
• Project Management : Manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs.

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in visual identity design, social media content, website banners, and logos.
• Proficiency in professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles (such as composition, color, typography, and balance).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• A university degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Additional Skills (Advantage) :

• Knowledge of video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design basics.
• Ability to draw manually or design digitally.
