Job Description Summary
Role Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team and manage the project KPI’s of Saudi Sub-region (SABAP) project teams. PMO responsibilities include collaborating with SABAP PMs to review Project progress, compile Project financial data for the cluster, analyzing financial information and promoting digital transformation.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Consolidate, report, and improve the project Key Performance Indicators. Participate in setting actions and follow up.
- Ensure Project teams follow the regional and Business line process outlined for project execution and reporting.
- Use a range of IT tools and applications to generate management reports.
- Oversee the project progress to ensure project is on track.
- Schedule Project review meetings in line with review (PER) criteria.
- Lead Project review meetings of SABAP cluster and record PER MOM.
- Follow-up implementation of necessary actions from PER MOM.
- Any other duties in order to support the provision of an efficient, effective PMO.
Hierarchy
- The PMO-SABAP reports direct line to the Regional PMO.
Required Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Certification is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Well versed in SAP.
