3. Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
4. Install new HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
5. Collaborate with other team members to improve HVAC system performance and efficiency through regular inspections and upgrades.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
7. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all work performed on HVAC systems, including detailed reports and invoices.

1. Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and related components.
2. Valid AC/HVAC Technician certification or license.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.
4. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with codes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
