Overview

As an Real Estate Executive in I REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the management company (“Manager”) of AME Real Estate Investment Trust (“AME REIT”) which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Manager in managing AME REIT.

Your primary focus will be to provide essential support to the Compliance Department, assisting them in effectively discharging their functions. Other than that, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the broader realm of real estate management and compliance environments. This exposure will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and best practices within the real estate industry.

By working closely with the Compliance Department and being exposed to real estate management and compliance environments, you will not only support the compliance function but also gain valuable experience and knowledge that will contribute to your professional growth and open up future career opportunities in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining liaisons and relationships with prospects, existing and future tenants.
• To attend queries from the tenants including complaints and defects.
• Update defects and complaints report.
• To oversee the various activities that lead up to the rental of our investment properties.
• Prepare leasing strategy, actively marketing and pre-letting activities of industrial spaces.
• Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential tenants.
• To communicate with prospects for identifying their requirements and choice of property.
• To prepare documents such as tenancy agreements and correspondence letters.
• To coordinate the closing of a lease and to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
• Update leasing chart (monitor the monthly rental collections, defect repair cost and etc).
• To liaise closely with Property Manager, facility team and any other relevant consultant or contractors.
• General admin works.
• The responsibilities shall be all functions associated with your position and such others duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by HOD from time to time.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development / Business or equivalent field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Real Estate / Property Management or related field/industry.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Possess good communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Working Location: No 2, Jalan i-Park SAC 1/1, Taman Perindustrian i-Park SAC, Senai, Johor.
