LIVE HOST (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Live Host. As a Live Host, you will do Live Streaming by creating, engaging, and entertaining live streams for our audience. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the technical aspects, managing interactions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our viewers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for program hosting at the office via TikTok and Shopee, managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.
• Develop creative ways to enhance and improve TikTok & Shopee live streaming experience.
• Strive to achieve a monthly target of 65 live streaming slots per month, and improve viewers' engagement and experience.
• Comfortable and passionate about conducting live streams.
• Track, monitor, and understand livestream's performance through insights and analytics.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on business trends to the management team.
• Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends and happenings.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Able to write and speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• A sales-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated person.
• Cheerful and attractive personality, comfortable to talk in front of the camera.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Adept at engaging with viewers and responding to comments and questions in real-time.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as live stream sessions may require.
• SPM/STPM with proven experience as a Live Host.
