Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Product Manager at HABIB Group, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative products, manage the entire product lifecycle, and lead strategic partnerships. Job Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by aligning business goals with customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure the product remains relevant
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, supply chain, retail operations, e-commerce, marketing, and legal, to define product requirements.
• Prioritize product features based on business objectives and customer feedback.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop product partnerships and collaborations.
• Explore collaborative opportunities, strategize, negotiate, and finalize pricing and agreements.
• Lead the team in managing day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, budget monitoring, manpower management, and tracking progress.
• Assist with any other tasks or projects related to HABIB Group as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with the retail, e-commerce, or jewelry industry is advantageous.
