About the Role

Join our dynamic team at YUSIN MACHINERY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., a subsidiary of the Yusin Group—a publicly listed brake system manufacturer in Taiwan—is seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team. We are dedicated to excellence in producing high-quality automotive components and are looking for an organized individual to optimize our production processes.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer orders and optimise manufacturing workflows
2. Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
3. Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements planning
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
5. Monitor production performance metrics and provide insightful reports to management
6. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and disruptions
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

What We're Looking For

1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Production, Operations Management or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning and scheduling within the Manufacturing industry
3. Proficiency in production planning software and data analysis tools
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
6. Adaptable to changes and committed to continuous improvement
