Retail GM (beauty)

Randstad is partnering with a well-known group, they are currently looking to hire a Retail GM (beauty) to join them.

You will need to:

• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and brand positioning.
• Tailor programs, packages, and services aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance and business metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to ensure customer service excellence and staff professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10-15 years of working experience in wellness, retail, or similar industry.
• Skills: Exceptional knowledge in related industry, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
• Strong business acumen mindset.
