Production Executive

About the Role - Key responsibilities:

1. Take primary responsibility for all production actions of this production workshop in full compliance with the current production product management documents.
2. Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet production targets and deadlines. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., R&D, quality control, logistics) to ensure seamless production operations.
3. Ensure that all chemical products meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
4. Scientifically organize and arrange production to ensure that customers are provided with stable quantity and quality products on time and continuously.
5. Organize the regular calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and special equipment in the workshop, and coordinate the equipment maintenance time with the equipment department.
6. Establish and promote lean production, 5S management and other projects.
7. Identify and address production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications - Job Qualifications:

1. Degree and above in Chemical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in the chemical industry or Pharmaceutical.
2. Strong communication skills, work experience, professional skills, and planning abilities.
3. Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
