Ansell is looking for a Global Category Management Director (Surgical) to join our team in Malaysia.
In this position, you hold the responsibility towards overall management of assigned product categories, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, new product development (NPD), regulatory compliance, quality, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role involves developing category strategies, driving global product execution, and leading cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, you will lead the efforts in commercialization, cost optimization, portfolio management, and rebranding. Additionally, you serve as the key liaison between business units, regional managers, operations, R&D, QARA, marketing, and commercial leaders while providing leadership to a team of Global Product Category Managers.
