Job Responsibility
- To prepare and monitor company's sales growth and market share
- Assist job given from Director related to business development
- Assist reports, letters, or business proposals
- Planning and organizing special sales and marketing programmes
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations to align business strategies
- Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities
- To explore potential new business
- Leading and managing the activities of sales and marketing staff
- Planning and directing daily operations
- Establishing and managing budgets and controlling expenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
- Experience in Business Development (At least 2 years experience)
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excels at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence and conflict resolution.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skills to ensure business success.
- Strong knowledge of applicable system automation and business solution software.
