CLUSTER DIRECTOR OF SALES - MICE
Job Description
Sales call activities, contracting new business, and maximizing revenue for the Company.
In charge of establishing all existing business relationships within domestic and international markets.
Monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence, attending travel functions and sales road shows, and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the Company.
Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading and developing the sales team.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and creating marketing plans to drive sales.
Monitoring planned sales & marketing activities to ensure execution and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pro-active, self-motivated, and loves challenges.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service, excellent planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Able to think “out of the box”.
Passion to lead and a desire to succeed.
Solid background in the MICE industry.
