Job Description

Broad Functions:

Accountable for the Equipment Engineering topics under his/her responsibility and holds a significant role within the Engineering Team:

1. To provide engineering solutions for equipment enhancement & maintenance systematic
2. To deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume, and cost
3. Leads equipment improvement projects and develops robust equipment maintenance plans

Regular:

1. Ensure proper equipment on-site installations
2. Take charge of shift sustaining and Preventive Maintenance teams
3. Assist to plan and track all maintenance works
4. Investigate root cause of equipment failures
5. Adopt new technologies to improve equipment system
6. Enforce good safety culture and maintenance practices
7. Conduct technical presentations
8. Lead continuous improvements projects
9. Provide guidance to others

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Possess a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred:

1. Familiar with mechanical parts drawing software: Solidwork or AUTO CAD.
2. Able to work in cleanroom environment.
3. Must be able to use computer for communication (email / Microsoft Office applications & etc).
4. Able to communicate in English.
