Job DescriptionBroad Functions:Accountable for the Equipment Engineering topics under his/her responsibility and holds a significant role within the Engineering Team:
- To provide engineering solutions for equipment enhancement & maintenance systematic
- To deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume, and cost
- Leads equipment improvement projects and develops robust equipment maintenance plans
Regular:- Ensure proper equipment on-site installations
- Take charge of shift sustaining and Preventive Maintenance teams
- Assist to plan and track all maintenance works
- Investigate root cause of equipment failures
- Adopt new technologies to improve equipment system
- Enforce good safety culture and maintenance practices
- Conduct technical presentations
- Lead continuous improvements projects
- Provide guidance to others
QualificationsREQUIRED:- Possess a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred:- Familiar with mechanical parts drawing software: Solidwork or AUTO CAD.
- Able to work in cleanroom environment.
- Must be able to use computer for communication (email / Microsoft Office applications & etc).
- Able to communicate in English.
