Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Shah Alam. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, and customer service. They will manage the sales process, from identifying customer needs to delivering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with various internal teams to deliver product information, presentations, and technical expertise to clients.

Qualifications

1. Sales Engineering and Sales skills
2. Technical Support and Customer Service skills
3. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related area
6. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
