Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Pharmacy Channel to drive growth and meeting business objectives.
- Develop Marketing Materials - detail aid, CME decks, brand reminders, digital communications and patients' education tools.
- Prepare Pharmacy Brand Plan, including brand plan for focus product.
- Manage A&P, timelines and allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze product performance through market and internal sales data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence Team to meet company objectives.
- Gather Market Intelligence and regular field visit to understand market dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular product trainings for team competency.
- Responsible for new Product Launch.
Key Performance Indicators
- Market share & market share growth.
- Performance management and employee relations, feedback, meetings, surveys (i.e. Field Force, Marketing capabilities, Global Marketing, Medical Department, Regulatory Department).
- Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science-related degree or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years Product Management experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
