Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct high-quality sales presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and understand different customer types and their needs.
  • Differentiate company products effectively and handle objections with confidence.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, to support sales efforts.
  • Engage in pre-call and post-call planning to maximize productivity.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
  • Travel as required to engage with stakeholders and expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any Science-related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in evidence-based selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Good business acumen with a proactive and self-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Snapchat; digital marketing skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
  • Must own a well-maintained car and be willing to travel, including outstation trips if required.
