As the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region, your primary focus will be to enhance the capabilities of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution and to manage the daily recruitment operations to ensure a seamless process while addressing any escalations as they arise. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing the Employer Brand in accordance with the Global Employee Experience framework, as well as executing and monitoring regional Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Project leadership and participation in the design and administration of TA programs, development and implementation of TA tools and communication materials, and ensure programs align with the organization’s philosophy.
  • RPO solution management and act as an intermediate with Regional HR and Business Leadership Teams.
  • Identify the development needs by working with the Regional and Global Team to develop Employer Branding.
  • Develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies to source diverse talent and achieve gender and ethnicity hiring goals.
  • Manage company career sites and internet job board postings, engage in current social media networking strategies, and participate in university career fair activities.
  • Partner with university relations to advance active college relations at targeted universities, attend campus career fairs, conduct live and virtual classroom presentations and live/video student interviews, and achieve college hiring goals. Promote a positive image and reputation on college campuses with students and faculty.
  • Maintain relationships within networks externally with other recruiting/staffing entities to gain knowledge of competitive activities and best practices.
  • Coach and provide training support to hiring managers for effective recruitment strategies and techniques, including recruitment advertising, use of local resources, and participation in job fairs.
  • Consult and advise Managers, Directors, and Senior Leaders on staffing and employment-related issues.
  • Provide standard reports and projections and data on talent acquisition-related topics.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
  • Ability to interpret global processes, practice local operation policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide high-level insights to management.
  • Experience using various interviewing methods and assessment tools to select the right talent for vacant positions.
