About the Role:
We are seeking a Deal Strategy and Operations Analyst to support our global strategy for custom deal processes within the Global Deal Strategy, Compensation, and Monetization Team. This analyst role is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute to operationalizing custom deal structures for strategic and marketplace customers. Collaborating across functions like Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering Finance, and Legal, this role is a unique opportunity to develop a breadth of skills in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can easily wear different hats and work collaboratively with multiple teams, cultures, and time zones. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Deal Strategy Operations, based in Europe, and play a key part in Confluent's continued global success.
