Job Summary

CC ensuring that client’s needs are met as the project evolves; is responsible for the selection and completion of repair projects, taking care of work teams, and managing the site’s tool and construction material budgets. Requires prior knowledge of the technical skills for this position. You must display excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Will be expected to work in a team setting, lead large and small groups, and model DHL values. Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.

Tasks:

1. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objective.
2. Develop relationships with business partners, and evaluate viable business options.
3. Generate timely follow-ups and notify project management.
4. Evaluate, select and schedule repair projects.
5. Monitor tools and spending to stay on budget.
6. Track payment orders/evaluate costs of all construction contractor supplies.
7. Carefully record each receipt into Project Manager (budget tracking program).
8. Develop processes that help continuous improvement.
9. Visit work teams to which you are assigned at least once a week.
10. Help work teams maintain a positive attitude and appropriate work environment.
11. Communicate with Real Estate Director, Construction Manager and staff about construction team status.
12. Conduct daily construction team meetings.
13. Follow the construction manual’s standard plans and guidelines for all projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Relevant University Degree e.g. in Law, Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate related field.
2. Bilingual: English/ local language as needed.
3. 2-5 years of relevant Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate experience.
