ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding EC International Group’s commercial presence in Northern Italy, with a primary focus on Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia‑Romagna.

Based in Turin, you will prospect, develop and manage a portfolio of industrial customers, acting as a key commercial interface between Italian customers and our European project management and technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Identify and approach industrial decision-makers and key accounts
  • Plan and manage your weekly schedule of customer and prospect meetings
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with industrial customers
  • Ensure accurate customer reporting and CRM follow‑up
  • Follow up on quotations prepared by our European Project Managers
  • Act as the commercial liaison between customers and internal technical teams
  • Grow existing accounts and convert prospects into long‑term customers
  • Attend trade fairs and industry events in Italy and Europe
  • Represent EC International Group professionally within the Italian industrial market
PROFILE REQUIRED

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (mandatory)
  • A post‑secondary qualification in sales, business, engineering or a related field
  • Experience or strong exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal or prototyping is a strong advantage
  • A solid understanding of the Italian industrial ecosystem, ideally in Northern Italy

DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO

A diretto riporto del European Sales Manager, sarai responsabile dello sviluppo e dell’espansione della presenza commerciale di EC International Group nel Nord Italia, con focus principale su Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto ed Emilia‑Romagna.

Basato a Torino, ti occuperai della prospezione, dello sviluppo e della gestione di un portafoglio clienti industriali, fungendo da interfaccia commerciale chiave tra i clienti italiani e i team europei di project management e tecnici.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
  • Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nel territorio assegnato
  • Identificare e contattare decisori industriali e clienti strategici
  • Pianificare e gestire l’agenda settimanale di visite a clienti e prospect
  • Costruire relazioni solide e durature con clienti industriali
  • Garantire un reporting accurato e il corretto follow‑up su CRM
  • Seguire le offerte commerciali preparate dai Project Manager europei
  • Agire come collegamento commerciale tra clienti e team tecnici interni
  • Sviluppare i clienti esistenti e convertire i prospect in clienti fidelizzati
  • Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore in Italia e in Europa
  • Rappresentare EC International Group in modo professionale sul mercato industriale italiano
PROFILO RICERCATO

Il candidato ideale possiede:

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nelle vendite B2B o nel business development (requisito obbligatorio)
  • Diploma o laurea in ambito commerciale, economico, ingegneristico o affine
  • Esperienza o forte esposizione a contesti industriali o manifatturieri
  • Buona conoscenza del tessuto industriale italiano, preferibilmente del Nord Italia
