• Develop Influencer Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive awareness, increase customer engagement, and support Unobravo’s new customers growth.
• Identify and Build Relationships: Research and identify influencers, including macro, micro, and nano-influencers, that align with our target audience and brand goals. Establish long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and management teams.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including setting clear objectives, negotiating contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality content creation.
• Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance, messaging, and campaign goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of influencer campaigns, using data to adjust strategies for improved results.
• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing ROI.
• Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social media, PR, content, clinical, and legal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader marketing and brand initiatives.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing both within the Italian Ecosystem and multi-country international experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer trends.
• Ability to work both on brand awareness and NC growth (conversion).
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well in matrix-reporting organizations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian.
• Experience in regulated sectors a plus (finance, health, etc).
