The role

Shape the future of mental health with Unobravo by leading a thriving community of over 7,000 therapists. In this role, you’ll strengthen our position as the largest and most influential mental health community across Italy, Spain, France, and our future markets.

We’re searching for a leader with a proven track record of managing large teams and communities, driving engagement and satisfaction, and solving complex challenges with a visionary, adaptable mindset. Above all, you’ll be driven by a passion for Unobravo’s mission: breaking the stigma around mental health and transforming lives.

1. Customer Success Strategy: Drive a comprehensive strategy to maximize therapist satisfaction, engagement, and retention, using data-driven insights to meet key success metrics.
2. Community Engagement: Create and execute impactful initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to foster a dynamic and engaged international therapist community.
3. Team Leadership & Budget Management: Lead and scale a high-performing team across multiple countries, ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver exceptional community outcomes.
4. Innovation & Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges with bold, transformational solutions, enhancing therapist engagement and setting new standards in mental health communities.
5. Brand & Business Development: Strengthen Unobravo’s brand within the therapist community, aligning initiatives with business goals to boost loyalty, reputation, and retention.
6. Research & Innovation: Use insights from research and emerging technologies like AI to continuously improve the therapist experience and shape the future of community engagement.
