A global transportation company in Novate Milanese seeks a Fleet Manager to ensure effective maintenance of the fleet and manage customer relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining train availability and performance, developing a project fleet strategy, and optimizing operations to meet contractual requirements. A degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the rail or maintenance industry are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

The fleet manager is responsible to perform the following:
Manage the agreed Fleet KPIs for customer.
Degree or equivalent qualifications in an Engineering / production discipline.
