Responsibilities

• Support Business Process efficiency through implementation and improvement of methodologies.
• Drive and support the Key User as Level 2 Functional support.
• Ensure GSI/ERP running maintenance and evolutions implementation.
• Perform efficient mitigation in operational crises related to application issues.
• Consolidate Training Kit and coordinate the training sessions.
• Animate KU network through regular meetings.
