Software Engineer Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of professional Software Development experience
2. Low latency and/or multithreaded programming experience is a plus (not required)
3. Should have a strong interest in learning the business side
4. Experience working in a Unix environment
5. Computer Science degree (or related) from a top ranked university is a huge plus
6. Excellent communication skills a must
