Job description
AvantChem is a specialty chemical distribution company which is rapidly growing in Indonesia and in Southeast Asia. Due to the expansion of our sales, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to be part of our growing team in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Based in Jakarta. Responsible for sales to coatings and paint industries in Indonesia.
- Assist in sales activities and follow up customer development projects to reach sales target.
- Maintain good customer relationships, conduct market research, and collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales of coatings and paints chemicals.
- Technical service experience in the coatings industry will be beneficial.
- Experience with team management or regional sales projects will be beneficial.
- Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in both written & spoken English is a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
