Senior Sales Executive (Coatings)

AvantChem is a specialty chemical distribution company which is rapidly growing in Indonesia and in Southeast Asia. Due to the expansion of our sales, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to be part of our growing team in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

1. Based in Jakarta. Responsible for sales to coatings and paint industries in Indonesia.
2. Assist in sales activities and follow up customer development projects to reach sales target.
3. Maintain good customer relationships, conduct market research, and collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Chemistry or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in sales of coatings and paints chemicals.
3. Technical service experience in the coatings industry will be beneficial.
4. Experience with team management or regional sales projects will be beneficial.
5. Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work as part of a team.
7. Fluency in both written & spoken English is a bonus.

Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
