Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Indonesia to lead and deliver complex mechanical projects. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, managing stakeholders, and preparing tender proposals. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with at least 3 years of project management experience. Adeptness in AutoCAD is necessary, and knowledge of air compressors is an advantage. This role requires frequent travel to project sites across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Past working experience with EPC, contractors, tendering/bid management.
• Knowledge of air compressors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, execute and monitor project activities to deliver quality products and services on time.
• Work closely with the Sales team to secure projects.
• Prepare tender proposals including concept drawings and general layout of the system.
• Ensure proper project documentation by coordinating vendor documentation.
